Percy Jackson, Lightning Thief

Percy never knew his father and his mom was forced to move him from school to school. He tries to be a good kid, but the fates seem to have it out for him. After he is sure a teacher tries to kill him, Percy is sent to a special camp called Camp Halfblood. Here Percy learns his world is not what he expected, his dad is Poseidon the Greek God of the Sea. Percy is chosen to stop an epic war between the Gods with his two new friends, a Satyr and the daughter of Athena.
An adventure that crosses the United States and back again, Percy must learn to develop these new powers and not get fried by the God of Lightning.
